Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms are a starting template. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on them.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Aloudo (aloudo.online), operated by Đức Quyền, a company based in Singapore. By creating an account or using Aloudo, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. The service

Aloudo provides English lessons, audio, practice exercises and an AI tutor. During the beta, features may change, and some may be offered free of charge for a limited time.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • Use Aloudo for personal learning, or within the licence your school or company has with us.
  • Do not misuse the AI tutor, attempt to access other people's data, or copy and redistribute our lessons and audio.

4. AI tutor

The AI tutor uses a large language model. Its feedback is generated automatically and is meant to support your learning; it may occasionally be imperfect. It is not a substitute for official exams or certification.

5. Content and intellectual property

Aloudo's lessons, audio, design and software belong to Đức Quyền or its licensors. You keep ownership of the recordings and text you create, and you allow us to process them only to provide the service to you.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aloudo is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
